Ramallah, Tuesday, July 19, 2022 -
The Prime Minister of the State of Palestine, Dr. Mohammed Shtayyeh, checked up on the venues where the training course is to be held. The National Commission for Summer Camps (NCSC), will hold training courses for Directors, Activists, and Volunteers in preparation for the launch of the 2022 summer camps in the northern and southern governorates, under the theme "Jerusalem in our Eyes," Tuesday at Ramallah Secondary Boys School, in the presence of the Chairman of the National Committee for Summer Camps, Musa Abu Zaid.
Dr. Shtayyeh stressed the importance of pre-summer camp training courses for their role in promoting our identity, history, and heritage, as well as their essential role in promoting our children's national education. The Primer called on those leading the summer camps to turn these camps into a new knowledge tool, work to transform every negative aspect in our children's minds into a positive one to move forward, and cultivate confidence in them by teaching them dialogue.
His Excellency commended the efforts of the National Commission for Summer Camps, headed by the Chairman of the Commission, Musa Abu Zaid, and partner institutions for the implementation of the camps. In return, Abu Zaid expressed his gratitude to the Prime Minister for his visit. Mr. Musa stressed that it represents support for and enhancement of the work of the National Committee for Summer Camps and the importance of its implementation for our children because they need to participate in activities and programs that are central to their needs and priorities.
