Decisions taken by the Palestinian Cabinet during its session No. 243.

 

1. Formation of a legal committee to prepare a file of Israeli occupation violations of Palestinian telecommunications sector in all governorates.
2. Adding the Ministry of Interior, the (National Central Bureau "Palestine Interpol") to the membership of the committee to follow- up on the theft of Palestinian museums and antiquities by the occupation authorities from the southern governorates.
3. Establishing the National Curriculum Center.
4. Approval of disbursing a lump sum of money for the interest of Mahmoud Darwish Foundation in Galilee/ kafr Yasif for the year 2024.
5. Settlement agreement for the employees of the Service Procurement Unit working on the project of "Strengthening the Resilience of the Palestinian Health System".
6. Approval of contracting with a specialized neurosurgeon to work at the Ministry of Health.
7. Approval of extending contracts with the engineers of the Northern Planning Unit of the Ministry of Local Government.
8. Appointing Mr. "Mohamad Al-Araj" as a representative of the Union of Cooperative Societies in the membership of the Board of Directors of Palestine Agricultural Disaster Risk Reduction and Insurance Fund (PRDPRIF).
9. Approval of granting fund to a number of non-profit companies.
10.  Approval of granting a number of permits to individuals and companies to own and purchase real estates.
11. Approval of rehabilitation and development system for the West Bank Water Department.
12. Cancellation of   the road located between plots of lands in the village of Dier Ghassanah/ Ramallah.
13. Placement to H.E President of the State of Palestine to allocate a plot of land with a space of (246 m²) from a plot of land Bloc no. (4) from Deir Ghassanah land in the governorate of Ramallah and Al-bireh, for the interest of Mr. "Ali Hijawi".
14. Placement to T.H.E President of the State of Palestine to allocate a plot of land from the land of Al-Taybah village in the governorate of Ramallah and Al-bireh, for the interest of the Higher Council for Youth and Sports, to establish sports arenas and international athletics tracks.
15. Approval of a number of job description cards of the National Commission for Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET).
16. Approval of the organizational structure of the Environment Quality Authority.
17. Upgrading and promotion of a number of government departments employees.
18. Continuation of the validity of the power purchase agreement for Gaza`s Power Plant.
