Decisions taken by the Palestinian Cabinet during its session No. 242.
- Formation of a legal committee to study the required changes to amend the lands` settlement law.
- Cancellation of the decision to form a committee for supporting and developing the land sector.
- Approval of granting work permits to (40) employees to additional work outside the regular civil service job.
- Approval of a number of permits to individuals and companies to purchase and own real estates.
- Approval of (25%) increase in drug type (BLOOD LINE INLET/OUTLET ADULTFOR BROWN), and purchase and supply of medical consumables for dialysis materials.
- Approval of an increase of (11%) of drug type (SECUKINUMAB 150 MG INJ) referred to in the tender of purchasing and supplying drugs.
- Approval of a (25%) increase of drugs types referred to in the cancers` transfers tenders.
- Approval of contracting with a nurse to work at the Ministry of Health.
- Adopting the 2024 budget for the National Gathering of Palestine Families of Martyrs.
- Approval of the cooperation agreement between the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics and the International Labor Organization to evaluate and detect the impact of the Israeli aggression on the market and livelihoods on the occupied Palestinian lands.
- Approval of establishing the Supervisory Authority for Trust Service Providers, provided that its work shall be regulated by law.
- Adoption of the required standards, conditions and procedures to ensure the safety of Palestinian laborers working in the green line territories.
- Approval of review to the agreement signed with the National Mobile Company "Ooredoo", and emphasize to have a provision in the agreement that guarantees the arbitration clause.
