Annexation, if implemented, will be a grave violation of international law, UN resolutions, and the bilateral agreements we signed with Israel
we call on the international community to use all measures necessary to prevent annexation, including:
a. To recognize the State of Palestine on the pre-1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital
b. Not to recognize any changes to the pre-1967 borders
c. Not to render aid or assistance to illegal colonial activities
d. To respect and ensure respect for international law, adopting measures of accountability, including sanctions; and
e. To exert all efforts to end the Israeli occupation of all territories occupied in 1967 and to achieve, without delay, a just, comprehensive and lasting peace on the basis of the relevant United Nations resolutions, the Madrid terms of reference, including the principle of land for peace, and the Arab Peace Initiative.
