Shtayyeh: The competitive advantage of Palestinians in the world is education
He praised the British Higher Education Scholarship Program
Prime Minister Dr. Muhammad Shtayyeh: "The competitive advantage of the Palestinians was and still is education. After the Nakba, the survival strategy for the Palestinians is education, and we now have the highest percentage of university graduates in the region."
This came during his speech at the tenth anniversary ceremony of establishing the Higher Education Grant Program for Palestine, held by the British Council, today, Sunday, in Ramallah, in the presence of the Minister of Higher Education Dr. Mahmoud Abu Mowais, British Consul General in Jerusalem Philip Hall, a number of representatives of British universities, and graduates of the program.
Shtayyeh added: "We value the British support to Palestine in many sectors, and we will support the continuity of this program, and we recently provided it with support from Arab funds."
