During his meeting with the Prosecutor of the Court

Shtayeh: We reject attempts to politicize the International Criminal Court

Prime Minister Dr. Muhammad Shtayyeh refused the attempts to politicize the International Criminal Court, and the Prime Minister called for speeding up the procedures of litigation in it, especially after the court announced its intention to open investigations against Israeli war crimes in the occupied Palestinian territories.

This came during a meeting with the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Fatou Bensouda, today, Saturday, on the sidelines of his participation in the work of the 56th session of the Munich Security Conference

Shtayyeh also called for the necessity of protecting the international judicial system from the pressures faced by some countries in order to obstruct his work.

Regarding the deal of the century, the Prime Minister expressed the complete rejection of this deal, which violates all international resolutions and covenants, and does not meet the minimum legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.
