: During his participation in Abu Falah festival of raising the Palestine flag, Prime Minister Dr. Mohammad Shtayyeh said that " Israel is waging a war on geography by building and expanding settlements.” He also added, “Settlements should not besiege us, on the contrary, we should besiege them, if Israeli occupying forces confiscate our land, we will build a new land. And just as colonialism in the world has collapsed, Israeli colonialism will collapse from the land of Palestine. "

He also stated, “The land in Palestine is not a real estate, it is an identity and a homeland, you can realize how much Palestinians belong to their historic land when you see an expatriate returns to his homeland to buy land not to sell it, this is the real affiliation.”

This came out during his speech at the Festival of raising the Palestinian flag in the village of Abu Falah, east of Ramallah, in the presence of the Governor of Ramallah and Al-Bireh Dr. Leila Ghannam, Minister of Local Government Majdi Al-Saleh, Minister of Health Dr. Mai Kaila, and a number of official and legal persons.

Dr. Shtayyeh continued: “The opening of road networks between the Palestinian governorates and towns from northern Palestine to the south is not only for linking them to each other, but in order to link them to lead to Jerusalem, the capital of the Palestinian state."

He also added, “Since 1967, one million Palestinians have entered Israeli occupation prisons, which means that every Palestinian house or family has faced that, and as President Mahmoud Abbas said, we will remain loyal to the families of our martyrs and detanees until the exhaustion of our last and only penny.

The Prime Minister also emphasized that the current government is not only committed to paying salaries, but it is also an essential part of the Palestinian National Project, under the supervision of President Mahmoud Abbas, and in the footsteps of the late President martyr Yasser Arafat, Abu Ammar.”We are not looking for money . We`re looking for disengagement from the occupation.” Dr. Shtayyeh said.

"These projects، which opened in Abu Falah village، reflect the spirit of partnership between the government، Arab funds and civil society، as well as the commitment of our expatriate families to provide assistance to their families, towns and villages to enhance their resilience," Ashtayeh added.

The Prime Minister concluded his speech: "We will soon come to Turmus 'ayya to inaugurate the first ophthalmic hospital  of its kind in Palestine. President Mhmoud Abbas told me yesterday that he would donate $ 2 million from the presidential budget to the equipment of the Eye Hospital in Turmus'ayya. This does not mean that we have forgotten our people in other villages, camps and other towns; we will soon have rounds to put our fingerprint everywhere. "
