Formation of a ministerial committee to follow up with Telecommunication companies in Arab and Islamic counties to support.

  1. Approval of implementation for the concept of "Unified Services Center" of government departments.
  2. Approval to start issuing the Palestinian biometric Passport.
  3. Allocate fund to promote the steadfastness of the citizens in Jerusalem.
  4. Approval of direct purchase of prepaid electricity meters for the benefit of the Municipality of Beit Awa in the governorate of Hebron.
  5. Approval of direct purchase of health information system maintenance service (HIS) “system supplier".
  6. Approval of providing assistance to confront the rise of electricity prices by the other side.
  7. Approval of the electricity tariffs for the year 2022.
  8. Approval of the selling prices of electrical power unit on linking points.
  9. Approval of the recommendations of the study committee to the issue of quarries in Tulkarm at its second meeting.
  10. Approval of the recommendations of the following up committee to the issue of stamps, postal cards, revenue stamps and alimony fund.
  11. Approval of granting a number of purchase permits to individuals as well as companies to possess immovable properties.
  12. Approval of the bonus regulation for the civil servants.
  13. Approval of the regulation of the nonprofit organization.
  14. Referral to H.E President of the State of Palestine to constitute a jury for the 2022 Palestine prizes in Literature, Arts and Humanities.
  15. Referral to H.E President of the State of Palestine to allocate plots of land in all governorates.
  16. Approval of the organizational structure and the job description of the public prosecution.
  17. The government department may transfer an employee from one department to another based on an agreement between the heads of the two departments for achieving the public interest, provided that the financial rights of the employee are preserved.
  18. The head of the government department may place advisors from different higher categories with different specializations, provided that the number of advisors shall not exceed the allowed number by law.
