Decisions taken by the Palestinian Cabinet during its session No. 103.
1. Defining the official working hours during the holy month of Ramadan of the 1442 HA, to be from 9 AM until 2 PM. Provided that the work shall return to usual after Ramadan.
2. Exempting the licensed TV and radio stations, which have committed to paying taxes from one-year licensing fees because of the pandemic circumstances.
3. Prohibiting the extension of work for the retired civil servants after they complete their legal period of service. (Commitment to the retirement age, which is 60).
4. Adopting the second National Plan to implement the Security Council resolution no. (1325), on “Women and Peace and Security" in Palestine.
5. Allocate fund to help the committee of the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood to support the steadfastness of citizens in the city of Jerusalem.
6. Referral on early retirement of a number of civil servants up on their request.
7. Approval of the job description for a number of government departments.
8. Approval of the recommendations of the Supervision Ministerial Committee regarding the technical studies of the Zahrat Al Finjan landfill investment project.
9. Approval of fund requests for a number of nonprofit companies.
10. Approval of granting a number of purchase permits to individuals as well as companies to possess immovable real estates.
11. Approval of the recommendations of the Ministerial Committee regarding the vision of establishing an optical fiber national company. Provided that the company shall be a public shareholding company, doors shall open for applications to obtain the necessary licenses and the local authorities shall be allowed to invest.
12. The start of disbursing the first compensation installment for hotels that were used by the Ministry of Health during the Corona Pandemic.
