Establishment of the National Mechanism to prevent torture as an independent institution, and mandate the government team to follow up the process, and to prepare the draft law pertaining it.

Activation of the unified investment window in the general authority of the Palestinian Industrial Estates and free Zones Authority, and granting all the necessary permits and licenses for the industrial projects through this window.

Adoption of the sixth annual report of the Government Complaint Units for 2018.

Ratification of an agreement between the Russian Federation government and the Palestinian government on exemptions from the visa fees for Palestinians who hold diplomatic passports.

Adoption of the Health Cooperation Protocol between Palestine and Jordan.

Approval of the tender’s committee formation for the electrical energy management project, headed by the president of Energy and Natural Resources In the southern provinces.

Approval of granting financial support to the Palestinian Center for Human rights.

Approval of granting a financial support to the ' Coalition” nonprofit company for agricultural evolution and development

8.

 Formation of a special committee headed by the minister of agriculture to address the problem of treating the agriculture irrigation water.

9.

Referral of a number of civil servant on early retirement up on their request.
