Decisions taken by the Palestinian Cabinet during its session No. 104.
1. Adoption of an incentive package to encourage investment in renewable energy projects.
2. Extension of service of schools` principals and teachers who are retired (end their civil service) during the school year, to be retired after the end of the year.
3. Approval of the Telecommunication services licenses revenues` table according to clear standards and with comparisons to neighboring countries.
4. Formation of a ministerial committee to govern the dates exporting mechanism to Turkish markets according to an additional quota and the achievement of transparency and fairness among farmers in the quantities of exported dates (Turkish quota).
5. Approval of disbursing supporting fund to implement projects in the Al - Bustan neighborhood, Khallet Al - Ain, and Al- Rawaie in the city of Jerusalem.
6. Formation of a special committee to follow up and supervise the issuance of stamps, postcards, revenues and alimony fund stamps.
7. Formation of an observation committee to document the Israeli practices, crimes and violations against Palestinian girls and women.
8. Formation of a committee set to study the status of the old and rented schools to ensure their sustainability within the system of public schools.
9. Approval of the recommendations of the supervision ministerial committee the project of the spatial national plan.
10. Approval of direct contracting to start the implementation of the project of the National printing press road.
11. Approval of the operating budget for the Ministry of Local Government new building.
12. Approval of the agreement signed between the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics and the Swiss Agency for Cooperation and Development (SDC), to contribute in supporting the execution of the second agricultural census in Palestine.
13. Approval of granting a number of purchase permits to individuals as well as companies to possess immovable real estates.
14. Approval of the work system of the General Secretariat of the Supreme Judicial Council.
15. Approval of the agreement signed with Engineering Syndicate.
16. Cancellation of all previous work permits that allow public employees to have an additional job outside their civil service.
