Decisions taken by the Palestinian Cabinet during its session No. 231.

1. Studying the signed agreements with donation countries, and international partners in the current urgent situation.
2. Reactivation of the legal provisions of the Public Health Act and the Civil Defense Law to duly deal with the emergency circumstances resulted by the occupation aggression against Palestinian governorates.
3. Authorizing the Minister of higher Education and Scientific Research and the Minister of Education to take the proper flexible measures regulating the educational process in schools and higher education institutions, according to the emergency field developments in the Palestinian governorates.
4. Authorizing the heads of government departments to regulate employees working time in a manner that ensures the sustainability of services provision to citizens, and relieves the burden of movement between governorates.
