Decisions taken by the Palestinian Cabinet during its session No. 181.

  1. Approval of the public service higher policies.
  2. Defining the transportation taxes of busses operating on Al Karama Border Crossing with (Nis 26), provided that half of this value (Nis 13) is calculated for each of the two transport companies operating on the crossing (Shaheen Company, Abdo Company).
  3. Transfer the National Disaster Risk Management Center from the Council of Ministers to the Minister of Interior, and adopt it as an independent institution separated from the Ministry of Interior organizational structure.
  4. Submission to H.E President of the State of Palestine to upgrade the head of the National Disaster Risk Management Center.
  5. Apply the approved financial and administrative work system in the Ministry of Education for employees and teachers to include the workers and teachers of the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs and its Educational Departments.
  6. Approval of establishing a committee to evaluate Palestine representation at the Palestine at the International Monetary Fund.
  7. Formation of a committee to set the conditions and the terms of references for establishment of public transport companies in cooperation between the government and the private sector.
  8. Approval of regulating construction projects of stone crushers and quarries in all Palestinian governorates.
  9. Adding the Ministry of Health and the General Cabinet Secretariat to the membership of the ministerial technical committee to study the issue of quarries.
  10. Allocate money to support the steadfastness of a Jerusalemite family in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in Jerusalem.

  14.  Approval of the Humanitarian Grant agreement between the government of Palestine and the government of Indonesia regarding the countermeasures to the impacts of the Corona Pandemic on the Palestinian society.
  15. Approval of the MOU between the government of Palestine and the government of Malaysia regarding cooperation in the Islamic affairs.
  16. Approval of the MOU between the Palestinian Ministry of Health and the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority regarding the technical cooperation in the field of food and drug control.

  21.  Approval of granting a number of purchase permits to individuals as well as companies to possess immovable properties.
  22. Exceptional approval of hiring (18 employees) to work on the 2022 day- to -day basis in the Ministry of Local Government.
  23. Approval of a one - year contract with the coordinator of the project management unit at the Ministry of Local Government.
  24. Approval of extending the transportation service tender for the facilities, centers and hospitals of the Ministry of Health.
  25. Approval of granting fund to a number of non-profit companies.
  26. Referral to H.E President of the State of Palestine to expropriate a plot of land from Nablus lands including the building of (Al amriya) school for the interest of the public treasury and the benefit of the Ministry of Education. 
  27. Approval of the national transfer regulation for women victims of violence.
  28.  Referral to H.E President of the State of Palestine to amend article No. (2) of provision No. (3) of the decision by law No. (1) of 2017, of Civil Service Law No. (4) of 1998 and its amendments to be: " The amendment mentioned in paragraphs (1,2) of this article shall include schools principals, teachers and administrators of teacher origin working in the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Endowment and Religious Affairs".
  29. Approval of direct purchase of vehicles for the Preventive Security Agency.
