Decisions taken by the Palestinian Cabinet during its session No. 166.

  1. The holiday of Eid Al- Adha for the year 2022 AD/ 1443 AH to starts on Friday morning 07/08/2022 AD until Tuesday day evening 07/12/2022 AD.
  2. Allocating exceptional financial transactions on the 2022 budget of the Ministry of Health (the item of contracts), to operate the Ministry`s Medical Centers in "Masafer Yatta and Aziz" in the governorate of Hebron.
  3. Extending the signed power purchase agreement (PPA) contract with the International Consulting Company for a period of three months.
  4. Approval of the recommendations set by the committee to prepare dates exporting mechanisms to Turkey according to Turkish Quota.
  5. Approval of the recommendations of the technical committee to assess damages caused by using hotels for quarantine during the Corona pandemic.
  6. Formation of a committee to study the issue of lands owned by the Bricks Manufacturing United Arab Company in the area of "Mawaqqar" /the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
  7. Formation of a committee to study the possibility of replacing or modernizing vehicles for security forces.
  8. Formation of a committee to combat the phenomenon of permits brokers.
  9. Extending the work of the national team to study and update the draft law of penal code.
  10. Approval of granting funds to a number of non- profit companies.
  11. Approval of granting a number of purchase permits to individuals as well as companies to possess immovable real estates.
  12.  Referral to H.E President of the State of Palestine to duly issue the decision by law of the Local Authorities courts.
  13.  Formation of a committee to follow up the outcomes of the steadfastness and resilience conference.
  14.  Referral to H.E President of the State of Palestine to duly issue the decision by law for combating money laundering and terrorist financing (fiscal crimes).
  15.  Referral to .H.E President of the State of Palestine to duly issue the draft decision by law amending the Acquisition Act No. (2) of 1953.
  16.  Approval of the prevention measures to confront the sixth wave of the Coronavirus, which Include obligating all to wear a mask in gatherings and closed areas, demanding a vaccination certificate as a basic requirement to obtain services, vaccinating all employees at the government and private sectors with a booster shot and implementing patients` quarantine according to health protocols.
  17.  Direct purchase of (NTBC) medicine from the (SOBI) Swedish company.
