The PM and the UNAOC High Representative; Palestine and the Most Recent Developments

The Prime Minister of the State of Palestine, Dr. Mohammed Shtayyeh, welcomed today at his office in Ramallah, The High Representative for the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations. H.E. Mr. Miguel Ángel Moratinos. His Excellency, DR. Shtayyeh, discussed with Mr. Moratinos the most recent developments at the political level, in particular, and the situation in Palestine in general.
The Prime Minister stressed the need to implement United Nations and Security Council resolutions with respect to Palestine and the providence of immediate protection for Palestinians from the Israeli occupation army and illegal settlers' attacks in the absence of an earnest political process and the accelerated Israeli actions, including the Judaization of Jerusalem, illegal settlement expansion, land seizure, killings, and daily arrests.
