Shtayyeh discusses with the Norwegian envoy the agenda of the meeting of the donor countries

Prime Minister Dr. Muhammad Shtayyeh, discussed with the Norwegian envoy to the Middle East, Tor Vnesland, the political developments and the agenda for the meeting of the Donor Countries Aid Coordination Committee (AHLC), to be held before the end of this year in Oslo.

The Prime Minister expressed his appreciation for the Norwegian and European role in general in thwarting the Israeli annexation plans and the American deal of the century, and supported the Palestinian position rejecting them as an end to the two-state solution and any opportunity to establish a Palestinian state.

Shtayyeh said, "The upcoming donors’ meeting must carry a message that the two-state solution is still receiving international support and is feasible, and that the international community will not be satisfied with issuing statements, but there will be an international effort to create a political path on clear foundations and the ground of international legitimacy and international law. "

The Prime Minister called on Finland to urge donor countries to provide serious assistance to the PNA to enable it to get out of the current crisis.
