Decisions taken by the Palestinian Cabinet during its session No. 140.

  1. Disbursement of a financial assistance for Burqa village council in the governorate of Nablus. The aid is to cover the damages caused by settlers` assaults against citizens and their properties, as well as to enhance the steadfastness of the villagers.
  2. Allocate money from the 2022 budget of the Ministry of Agriculture to execute the Agriculture cluster based plan in the Governorate of TulKarem.
  3. Approval of allocating money to build an electricity supplier for the areas of Alshaarawaya and Nazlat. Inaddition to a new linkage point near to Qafin in the Governorate of Tulkarem, provided that the Capacity of the supplier will be determined by the Palestinian Electricity Transmission Company.
  4. Approval of establishing a new office for the land Authority in the area of Al Shaarawi in the Governorate of Tulkarm.
  5. Direct contracting to complete roads` rehabilitation project in the areas of (Beit Awa- Deir Samet-Dura/ Hebron).
  6.  Approval of the 2027 plan of the Energy and Natural Resources Authority set to solve the problem of electrical current outage in Tulkarm. The execution of the plan shall be according to the following: completing the installation of the electricity line between Sura station and Tulkarm, establishing a transfer station (KV161/22) with a capacity of no less than (100 MVA), and raising fund to build the station.
  7. Approval of changing order for the project of Jenin Free Zone Area.
  8. Formation of a strategic development committee for Palestine Technical University "Kadoorie".
  9. Amendment of a committee title from the legal committee for studying the wounded care draft law to the legal committee for studying the care of the families of Martyrs and wounded draft law.
  10.  Adding the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology to the permanent technical committee set to establish and update a commercial registry of facilities and machinery.
  11.  Disbursement of a fiscal assistance to support the Red Crescent Society, and Blind Association in Tulkarm.

12. Approval of the following up committee recommendations regarding the issues of postal cards, stamps, revenue stamps and alimony fund.

13. Approval of contracting with doctor Hazem Abdel Hafeez Abdel Salam Al-Ashhaba, a specialist in internist, gastroenterology and endoscopy to work in the Ministry of Health.

14. Approval of a number of fund requests for non- profit companies`.

15. Approval of granting a number of purchase permits to individuals as well as companies to possess immovable properties.
