Decisions taken by the Palestinian Cabinet during its session No. 136.
- Approval of forming the board of directors of the Palestinian Employment Fund.
- Approval of the framework agreement between the Ministry of Public Works and Housing and the Catholic Relief Services.
- Approval of appendix (1) for the consultancy services of supervising the establishment of agricultural irrigation networks, the project first phase of the water availability and agricultural adaptation to the climate change, North of Gaza.
- Approval of direct purchase of military boots for security institutions` members, according to local market conditions, specifications and standards.
- Approval of the organizational structure and job description of the Independence Bank for Investment and Development.
- Approval of the organizational structure of the National Commission for Vocational and Technical Education and Training (TVET).
- Approval of the organizational structure of the Ministry of Education.
- Approval of the framework of the Ministry of Local Government organizational structure.

- Approval of the job description for a number of governmental departments including the Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs, the Ministry of National Economy, the Palestinian Broadcasting Corporation(PBC), The Land Authority, the Energy and Natural Resources Authority and the Ministry of Social Development.
- Referral of a number of civil servants to early retirement up on their request.
- Approval of granting fund to a number of non- profit companies.
- Approval of granting a number of purchase permits to individuals as well as to companies to possess immovable properties.
