Decisions taken by the Palestinian Cabinet during its Session No. 191

Approval of the official holidays for religious and national occasions in Palestine for the year 2023 AD according to the following:

• National holidays and occasions

• Official religious holidays for Christian employees following the Julian calendar (Eastern churches) 2023 AD.

• Official religious holidays for Christian employees following the Gregorian calendar (Western churches) 2023 AD.

• Religious holidays for Samaritan employees for 2023 AD.

 Approval of the agreement between the Ministry of Jerusalem Affairs and the United Nations Development Program 'UNDP" regarding Jerusalem Conference.

Approval of allocating fund to launch the first list for establishing public parks in the governorates.

3.

Modifying the status of the foreign companies working in Palestine.

4.

Formation of a ministerial committee to select the President of Palestine Technical University (Kadoorie).

5.

Formation of a committee to study the files of lands and real estates in Jerusalem.

6.

Formation of a committee to study the issue of granting purchase permits to own plots of lands by the Palestinians of 1948 areas who don`t hold Palestinian identities.

7.

Formation of a technical committee to discuss the required procedures and mechanisms to complete the commercial record of companies and business firms`.

8.

Formation of a technical committee to set specifications for the tablets required to upload the Palestinian curriculums.

9.

Extending the work of the Ministerial Committee to study the issue of quarries and crushers in the Palestinian governorates.

Approval of purchasing all veterinary vaccines for the year 2023.

11.

Approval of purchasing bread for shelter centers of the Ministry of Social Development.

12.

Approval of purchasing a water tanker truck for the General Administration of Crossings and Borders.

13.

Approval of developing the industrial licensing system in the Ministry of National Economy.

14.

Allocate a sum of money to execute the Ein- Albayda village entrance-paving project (the main street) in the governorate of Tubas and Jordan Valley.

15.

Approval of deducting the cost of project to purchase the "prepaid water meters and their accessories"  for the villages councils of (Al-Koum, Al-Mawraq, Beit Maqdoum, Humsa) in the governorate of Hebron from their accumulated debts for the benefit of the Public Treasury .

Approval of the membership of the Monetary Authority at the Board of Directors of the Palestinian Agricultural Credit Institution.

Approval of contracting with an expert to work at the Ministry of Social Development.

18.

Referral of a number of security service members on early retirement upon their request.

19.

Approval of granting purchase permits to individuals as well as companies to possess immovable real estates.

20.

Approval of the amended organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice.

21.

Approval of the general framework of the organizational structure and the main functions of units in the Ministry of Transport and Communication.

22.

Approval of amending the organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor by establishing a General Administration of the National Center of Occupational Safety and Health.

Approval of the placement of employees on the organizational structure of the government department.

24.

Approval of the organizational structure of the Palestinian Fund for Employment.

25.

Referral to H.E President of the State of Palestine to allocate plots of lands for the interest of the General Administration of Crossings and Borders.

26.

Approval of the recommendations of the committee to study the use of a Palestinian Currency as a unit of account and naming it.

27.

Formation of a specialized committee to solve the dispute between the Arabs of Al-Rashaida and the people of Sa`ir.

28.

Approval of preparing a legal text amending the Public Procurement Law.

29.

Adding a representative from the Palestinian Vehicles Importers Union to the membership of the special committee to set a vision for the issue of electric cars and their speedy spread.
