Decisions taken by the Palestinian Cabinet during its session No. 141.
1. Ratification of the MoUs and joint cooperation programs with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, according to the following:
- A cooperation agreement in the field of free zones.
- An executive program for the cooperation protocol of youth.
- An agreement in the field of social affairs.
- The time framework for activating the technical cooperation protocol.
- The executive program of the memorandum of understanding to mutual recognition of conformity certificates and quality remarks.
- The executive cooperation program in the cultural field.
- A memorandum of understanding in the field of electronic linkage and information exchange.
- A cooperation program between the news agencies.
2. Approval of establishing Qalqilya limited Shareholding Electricity Company.
3. Approval of purchasing the Jerusalem governorate headquarter in the area of Al Ram.
4. Approval of extending the period of cleaning services contracts for Palestine Medical Complex.
5. Formation of a ministerial committee to study the candidates for the Chairman position for the Board of Directors of the Palestinian Electricity Transmission Company.
6. Approval of the recommendations of the permanent legal committee for studying the outstanding prisoners` files.
7. Direct contracting to supervise the project works associated with the central desalination plant.
8. A Project for greening Palestine for (2021-2022) agricultural season.
9. Amending the Cabinet decision regarding company’s licenses to provide the service of fiber-optic. So that the government shall review, the conditions included therein every fifteen years.
10. Approval of granting a number of purchase permits to individuals as well as companies to possess immovable properties.
11. Placement to H.E the president of the State of Palestine to appoint a president for the Environment Quality Authority.
12. Referral to H.E the President of the State of Palestine to amend article No. (2) of the Presidential decision No. (20/2001) regarding the establishment of the Palestinian National Internet Naming Authority (PNINA).
13. Referral to H.E the president of the State of Palestine to approve the acquisition, with permanent possessioning, for the plot of land No. (26), bloc No. (69), with a space of (1,566 m2), Aldarja site, District No. (1) east of Mazari` Al Nubani in the governorate of Ramallah, for the interest of State public treasury and the water Authority, to establish a water pumping station according to attached map.
14. Placement to H.E the President of the State of Palestine to approve the exemption from taxation and fines, incurred before 2018, on buildings and properties of the residents of Beit Furik town.
15. Referral to H.E the president of the State of Palestine to approve the acquisition of a plot of land by the Municipality of Petunia to establish a cultural center.
