Decisions taken by the Palestinian Cabinet during its session No. 165.
1. Suspension of work with the Cabinet Decision amending the fee table of regular courts.
2. Ratification of the cooperation agreement between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the government of the State of Palestine in the field of combating crimes.
3. Allocate money to support the Masafer Yatta Village Council in Hebron to assist citizens in the fields of water and fodder.
4. Approval of appendix No. (2) of the consultancy services contract to supervise the agricultural irrigation networks construction project / the first and second phases, as part of water availability and adaptation to climate change project/ north of Gaza.
5. Amending the Cabinet decision No. (08/138/18/m.w/m.a) of 2021 for providing institutions with mobile phones, so that the head of the government department has the authority to raise the subscription ceiling for all employees according to work requirements and for one category regardless the job title.
6. .Approval of the Local Government Minister`s Decision regarding the appointment of a caretaker committee to supervise the (28) local councils which have not submitted electoral lists, according to law.
7. Formation of a ministerial committee to study the issue of Quarries in the governorate of Tukarm.
8. Approval of establishing a special bidding committee to purchase the necessary needs to expand the National Data Center in the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology.
9. Adding the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission and the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs to the steering committee formed according to the Cabinet decision No. (04/163/18/M.W/M.A) of 2022 to follow up the legal cases filed by or against the State of Palestine.
10. Referral of a number of civil servants on early retirement upon their request.
11. Approval of the job description cards for a number of government institutions.
12. Approval of granting purchase permits to individuals as well as companies to possess immovable real estates.
13. Approval of granting fund to a number of non-profit companies.
14. Referral to H.E President of the State of Palestine to duly issue a draft decision by law amending Palestine medical council law No. (1) of 2006.
15. Approval of amending the complaint regulation No. (8) of 2016.
16. Approval of amendments on the organizational structure of the Council of Ministers.
