Approving the official holidays for religious and national occasions in Palestine for the year 2020 AD according to the following:

• National holidays and occasions

• Official religious holidays for Christian employees following the Julian Calendar (Eastern churches)

• Official religious holidays for Christian employees following the Gregorian Calendar (Western churches)

• Religious holidays for Samaritan employees

1.

Establishing a follow- up committee to deal with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), and do the following tasks: Defining the procedures and requirements of dealing with the infected persons, or those who are suspected to be infected, following up the virus development according to the bulletins issued by the World Health Organization, coordinating with the neighboring countries regarding any developments related to the virus, coordinating with the competent parties to define the preventive and remedial measures, and communicating with  the public  to provide the needed health information to cover the topic from all its aspect.

Allocating an emergency budget to cover the requirements of dealing with the Coronavirus.

3.    

Contracting with an oncologist to work at Jenin government hospital.

4.    

Accrediting the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of National Economy, as two competent parties, to inspect and control the implementation of the technical instructions regarding the nutrition additives on food. In addition, the government grants the producers as well as the importers a grace period until 01/01/2021 to adapt their status according to these instructions.

5.    

Accrediting the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of agriculture, and the Ministry of National Economy as competent parties for inspection and controlling on the implementation of the compulsory technical instructions regarding the highest limit of certain contaminants in foodstuffs. In addition, the government grants the food operators a grace period until 10/05/2020 to adapt their status according to the implementation of these instructions.

 Establishing a follow up committee to the rights of the Palestinian workers` who work inside the areas have been occupied in 1948.

      7.

Establishing a ministerial committee to develop a vision for the development of southern governorates with clusters, provided that the committee prepares a concept for the development of southern provinces with clusters, proposing new clusters of development, setting a working-plan, and mechanism for implementing those clusters.

     8.  

Re-establishing the Palestinian Interoperability Portal (ZINNAR) national committee, which will operate to prepare the frameworks, standards and measures for the interoperation of heterogeneous information system. and to achieve compatibility between systems, as well as to unify the structure of electronic data and labels, the semantic meaning of it and classification codes, standards, constraints and the various laws that control the data, and establish a central data hub for all governmental agencies.

     9.  

Establishing a local committee under the name of  Zanota village council in Hebron  Governorate, So that the Minister of Local Government forms a committee to run the work of the newly created committee until elections are held.

     10. 

Amending the name of the high school exams "achievement" to become "the high school exam".

11. 

Approval of granting a number of purchasing licenses to natural and legal persons to possess immovable property.

12.  

Establishing a ministerial committee to prepare a development plan for the Technology and Services Cluster based in the governorate of Ramallah and Al-Bireh, The committee will prepare a comprehensive vision and work plan of the required interventions and budgets, and will put the cluster`s implementation mechanisms to work with partners, and follow up the execution of the plan offering the needed reports to the Council of Ministers.
