Providing 200 scholarships (Council of Ministers' Scholarship) for outstanding students in high school according to the criteria of excellence and need.

1.

Formation of a committee to study the conditions of licensing electric vehicle charging stations, headed by the Energy and Natural Resources Authority.

2.

Formation of a committee to follow up the issue of postage stamps and supervise its issuance.

3.

Formation of a tenders committee for the purchase of medical supplies (medicines, medical consumables, laboratory materials, etc.), headed by the Minister of Health.

4.

Forming a tenders committee to print passport books with high specifications to facilitate the travel procedures for citizens headed by the Ministry of Interior.

5.

Approving the installment of the debts due to the public treasury to the troubled radio, television and satellite stations in order to continue its work.

6.

Referral to the President of the State of Palestine to form a jury for the State of Palestine Awards in Arts and Humanities for the year 2019

7.

Approving the appointments of the Ministry of Education as follows: permanent contract for 1145 female teachers used to work on contracts item, employing 1700 new teachers and 159 employees on the day-to-day item.
