Allocate funds within the 2020 budget to meet the needs of the Palestinian`s mosques for Imams and Preachers.

1.

Formation of a ministerial committee to evaluate the needs of the professional syndicates

Creation of a directorate at the organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture in the north of Hebron.

3.

Creation of a directorate at the organizational structure of the Palestinian Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees in the north of Hebron.

4.

Accredit the Ministry of National Economy, as a competent party for monitory and controlling over the execution of the mandatory technical instructions pertaining the establishment of a general framework, which has to be implemented to comply with the environmentally friendly standards, especially for energy using products. In addition, giving the consumer a period of one year, from the date of the decision, to correct their conditions according to the new instructions.

5.

Accredit the Ministry of National Economy and the Ministry of Health as competent parties to monitor the enforcement of the mandatory technical instructions for the manufacture of shoes taking into consideration the consumer health protection. And giving the producer a period of one year, from the date of the decision, to correct their conditions according these instructions.

6.

Adopt the work mechanism of the Mutual Cooperation Agreement, signed between the Water Authority and the Municipality of Nablus, as a base for the clearing work to settle the quantities of exchanged water and the water`s outstanding  debts of Nablus Municipality and  Water Authority,  according to the previous mentioned agreement. 

7.

Ratification of the agreement to the support the implementation of the data science-training program between the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistic and the United Nations Development program (UNDP), the aim of the program is to implement the (Think Data Science).

8.

Ratification of the agreement of supporting the implementation of the 2020 agricultural census project with the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation, to contribute in implementing the second agricultural census for 2020.

9.

 Agreement of granting a number of purchase permits to individuals and     companies to possess immovable assets.

10.

Approval of a number of fund requests for non - profit companies.

11.

 Approval on the local Authorities financial regulatory framework, to address and regulate the procedures and activities with a financial impact at local bodies and joint services councils.
