Decisions taken by the Palestinian Cabinet during its session No. 151.

  1. Exemption from (VAT) on sales of bagged flour in bags of no more than (25 kg) for the months of (March, April and May of 2022).
  2. Daylight saving time in Palestine starts by moving the clock (60 minutes) forward, from Sunday morning 03/27/2022, at 12:00 midnight.
  3. Adopting the Official Gazette website as an official legal reference for the State of Palestine.
  4. Ratification of the MOU of youth and sport cooperation between the State of Palestine and the Republic of Turkey.
  5. Approval of the renewable energy competitive bidding project for the State of Palestine in cooperation with (IFC).
  6. Authorizing the Ministry of Telecommunication and Information Technology to host the Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) on the Private Cloud Computing, and provide them with them with connection services from the national data carrier for NGOs and Non- profit companies.
  7. Formation of a crisis team to study and follow up the prices increase in the local market.
  8. Formation of a committee to study and develop a regulatory framework for carbon markets in Palestine.
  9. Approval of the appointment of Mrs. Fida Abu Hmaid as the representative of the Ministry of Finance in the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Authority. 
  10. Extension of the work of the previous service year’s accreditation committee for (PLO) employees and factions, as well as prisoners detaining periods.
  11. Allocate fund to furnish the headquarters of the Administrative Unit for net lending and money collection.
  12. Approval of extending the work of the direct procurement special committee to purchase the necessary veterinary vaccines to vaccinate cows and sheep against cow foot - and mouth disease, brucellosis,  sheep pox, chlamydia and sheep foot - and mouth disease.
  13. Approval of the special changing order for bidding contract No. (MOH-GSD/MOF/2021/03), to purchase medicines for the Ministry of Health.
  14. Approval of granting funds to a number of non- profit companies.
  15. Approval of granting a number of purchase permits to individuals as well as companies to possess immovable properties.
  16. Approval of contracting with two experts to work in the Ministry of Jerusalem Affairs.
  17. Allocate fund to execute a vaccination campaign against polio disease.
